The truth is like a lion; you don’t have to defend it. Let it loose; it will defend itself. St Augustine

Listen, provide fellowship, and share God's mercy and truth.

The good news about many converting to the Faith deserves a heartfelt 'thanks and praise be to God.'

Despite the weak practice of the Faith in many places, sanctuaries being turned into spectacles by some clergy and laity, and false teachers spreading half-truths—such as Father James Martin, who on April 16 was recorded trying to normalize sinful practices contrary to Catholic teaching—people are successfully finding their way home to the Church that Christ established.

Despite several decades of timid efforts to promote the Faith in most North American and European nations, people are converting. It seems that, given the weak witness of Catholics of the developed nations, the Holy Ghost has stepped in to reach people through, among additional ways unknown in their totality, social media influencers who are for the most part lay men and women on fire for the communion with Jesus that is found in the universal Church Jesus himself established.

1 Thessalonians 5:12-24 But we beseech you, brethren, to respect those who labor among you and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, and to esteem them very highly in love because of their work. Be at peace among yourselves. And we exhort you, brethren, admonish the idle, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all. See that none of you repays evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to all. Rejoice always, pray constantly, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit, do not despise prophesying, but test everything; hold fast what is good, abstain from every form of evil.

May the God of peace himself sanctify you wholly; and may your spirit and soul and body be kept sound and blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.

Former Protestants are among many of those souls seeking truth, goodness and beauty, with a heavy emphasis on finding the truth, and they are finding it in the Catholic Church. They have left their former evangelical nondenominational communities, and other-flavoured groups, to embrace the Apostolic Faith.

Devastation

Much like the United Church of Canada, Anglicanism has collapsed, and United Methodism is following the same path. Many Lutheran groups, similar to Anglicanism, have essentially become state religions so aligned with worldly values that their members often sound more like socialists at prayer than followers of Jesus Christ. Many Pentecostal communities, focused on spectacle and the prosperity gospel, and embracing various worldly practices like contraception, divorce, and remarriage, end up treating their members more like cash cows than valued individuals—something many are beginning to realize. We shouldn’t take pleasure in the struggles within Protestant denominations. People’s souls are at risk, and those who are hurting do not need someone poking at their wounds. They need friends who can listen, offer fellowship, and comfort them with God’s mercy and truth.

Saint Matthew 5:43-48

Some people are uneasy about people migrating to the Catholic Church. Plenty of voices online, especially in social media spaces, are trying to slow the wave of conversions by tossing around the usual careless accusations against Catholicism. The uproar only seems to mark the decline of certain Protestant agendas that have kept Christians divided for centuries. Most of the usual suspects are still following the same flawed script as their conflicted predecessors, with a few modern tweaks, but they offer little to the sincere seeker when it comes to the loving authority that fosters authentic communion with Jesus and growth in holiness. Fortunately, able, joy-filled, hope-filled and charitable Catholic apologists are plentiful and accessible.
