A Prayer For Greater Reverence In Worship

Almighty and everliving God, Whom we strive to worship in spirit and in truth, guide, we beseech Thee, our preparations and commitment to Thy truth, goodness and beauty, whereby Thou dost beckon us into Thy saving Presence. Help us to adore Thee according to Thy designs, with sincerity of heart, that we may enter into the glory of Thy Kingdom. May our earthly labours be graced by Thee to enable us to reverently worship Thee in the beauty of holiness for the salvation of souls; through Jesus Christ our Lord, Who livest and reignest with Thee, Father, in the unity of the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world without end. Amen.

Have patience with all things - but first with yourself. Never confuse your mistakes with your value as a human being. You are perfectly valuable, creative, a worthwhile person simply because you exist. And no amount of triumphs or tribulations can ever change that.

SAINT THOMAS AQUINAS

To bear with patience wrongs done to oneself is a mark of perfection, but to bear with patience wrongs done to someone else is a mark of imperfection and even of actual sin.

A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.
